1. Terms and Conditions for Riders (Motorcycles/Bicycles)

• Professional Conduct: Riders must maintain a professional attitude and be punctual. It is mandatory to wear the company-provided uniform and safety equipment (helmet, gloves) during duty hours.

• Traffic Compliance: All riders must strictly follow local traffic laws and speed limits. Any traffic fines, penalties, or violations will be the sole financial responsibility of the rider.

• Order Integrity: Riders are responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered in perfect condition. Any damage to the goods or food items due to negligence may result in a deduction from the rider’s payment.

• Safety Standards: Safety is the top priority. Riders must not use mobile phones while driving, except when pulled over to check delivery locations.

• Customer Interaction: Riders must communicate politely with customers. Any complaints regarding harassment or misbehavior will lead to immediate disciplinary action or termination.

2. Terms and Conditions for Drivers (Cars/Vans)

• Vehicle Maintenance: Drivers must ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good mechanical condition (check oil, tires, and brakes regularly) to avoid any service delays.

• Legal Documentation: Drivers must possess a valid driving license and all necessary vehicle documents (Registration, Insurance, and Permits) at all times while on duty.

• Route Optimization: Drivers are expected to use the most efficient routes provided by the company app to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency.

• Accident Reporting: In the event of an accident or vehicle breakdown, the driver must immediately notify the supervisor. A written report must be submitted within 24 hours.

• Substance Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, alcohol, or any illegal substances while operating the vehicle. Violation of this rule will result in instant dismissal.

General Clause for Both:

“By signing this agreement, the Rider/Driver acknowledges that they are representing B Delivery Service and agree to uphold the company’s reputation through efficiency, honesty, and hard work.”
